Each softgel of Borage Seed Oil contains 110mg of GLA. Each softgel of Black Currant Seed Oil contains 40mg of GLA.
Those with minor symptoms may opt for Black Currant Seed Oil while those with more severe symptoms may choose Borage Seed Oil for more positive effects.
We recommend those above 35 years old to take Borage Seed Oil to maintain their circulatory health or help manage discomforts associated with monthly cycles. Those aged below 35 may choose to consume Black Currant Seed Oil.
